Print the QR code and put it on the tables
The more visible the QR code, the more guests will take photos. Place it by the place cards, at the entrance, or on the menu. You can also display it on the big screen.

Connect a laptop to the projector. Open the wall link. Let the photos roll. Guests love seeing themselves on the big screen — it sparks conversations and laughter.
Enable AI moderation and pre-approval
For full control: turn on pre-approval. Photos will only appear after you (or your toastmaster) approve them. Takes 2 seconds per photo.
Ask your photographer to upload their photos afterwards
